Welcome to Hydronaut Aquatics! By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Hydronaut Aquatics provides aquarium setup, maintenance, teardowns, fish rehoming, tank buybacks, special orders, and related services for residential and commercial customers.  We only do services in West Texas and New Mexico, the rest of the stuff we will do for anybody. Fish and tanks can be brought in from anywhere we just do not drive to go get them unless they are close. We can also special order for anybody, but we can only get things delivered to our store so they have to be willing in to come pick it up from us. 

We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Consultations & Bookings

  • All initial consultations are free.

  • Service appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • We may charge a fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time).

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of electronic payment.

  • For recurring services, invoices may be issued monthly or as agreed in writing.

4. Special Orders

  • Special orders for fish, tanks, or accessories require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are subject to supplier availability and shipping conditions.

5. Tank Buybacks & Fish Rehoming

  • Buybacks are subject to inspection and condition of the tank.

  • Fish rehoming may result in store credit but is not guaranteed for all species or conditions.

  • We reserve the right to decline any buyback or rehoming request.

6. Care & Liability

  • We handle all aquariums and livestock with the utmost care.

  • However, we are not responsible for pre-existing tank conditions or damages resulting from improper prior maintenance.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access to their space and a safe working environment during appointments.

7. Product Listings & Pricing

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but cannot guarantee that all information is 100% error-free.

  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order.

8. Refunds & Returns

  • Service fees are non-refundable once completed.

  • Products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Special orders, live animals, and opened products are not eligible for return.

9. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website or its content.

  • All images, text, and logos are the property of Hydronaut Aquatics and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts of Texas.
